The help desk system allows me to help you using a "ticket" system. A ticket allows you to keep track of your question, its answer, and all correspondence for that question. You can add on to tickets anytime, and if you have a new question, just make a new ticket for it.
Each time you make a new ticket, you will receive an email with a link to your ticket. You will also receive an email anytime I add an answer to a ticket, or you add something onto a ticket. You can click the link in the email to review your ticket anytime.
